Here you will find all of the tests that we perform in-house as well as frequently ordered tests from our reference Lab, ARUP in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Additional tests available from ARUP can be found in the ARUP Test Directory link.  Links are also available with guidelines for Blood Bank specimens, Microbiology, Urine and Semen collection instructions.  The Microbiology Antibiogram and Antimicrobial Handbook are also linked on the side. 

Within the directory we provide test specific instructions regarding collection, handling and transport of specimens, as well as Turn-Around-Times and methodologies.

If you are submitting a specimen to the LMH Lab for testing, please make sure that the following requirements on the specimen are fulfilled.  Specimens missing the below items are subject to specimen recollection.  Completely unlabeled specimens will be rejected.

1. Patient Name (Legal with full first and last)
2. Date of Birth
3. Specimen Type/Source (if other than blood)
4. Specimen Collection Date and Time
5. Initials of person collecting the specimen
