Elliot Hospital Laboratory
Scope of Service

The Elliot Hospital Laboratory is a full-service laboratory offering both Clinical
and Anatomical Pathology testing. The Clinical Laboratory operates 24 hours/day,
7 days/week offering both stat and routine testing. The Anatomical Pathology
department operates Monday- Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Turnaround times as well
as Stat availability for individual tests, may be found within this test directory for
testing performed both on-site and by our reference laboratory.

STAT Turnaround Time

Outpatient STAT testing:  test results in less than four hours from when the call is received to have the specimen transported to the laboratory.

In-patient STAT testing:   test results within 60 minutes of the specimen being received in the laboratory.
