Aspirus Reference Laboratory (ARL) is a state-of-the-art diagnostic testing facility servicing Aspirus Wausau Hospital and numerous additional hospitals, clinics, residential nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities in North Central Wisconsin, Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and Duluth, Minnesota.
Operating 24/7, we perform more than 1,000,000 billable tests annually, including comprehensive chemistry, coagulation, flow cytometry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, pathology, transfusion services, and urinalysis.
The ARL is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), and the Joint Commission (JC) and is CLIA certified to perform highly complex testing.
