Unstable Specimens Based on the stability and time requirements, any outpatient with a lab test requiring special tubes, handling, or freezing (within 4 hours of being drawn) must have their blood drawn at the Memorial Patient Service Center located on the Concord Hospital campus or the Patient Service centers located on the Laconia or Franklin campuses. A list of unstable specimens is located at the top right of this page. Laboratory Supplies Client supply patterns are monitored for quality assurance purposes and requests may be modified to reflect client utilization.
