Includes Almond, Cashew Nut, Cod Fish, Egg White, Hazel Nut/Filbert, Milk, Peanut, Salmon, Scallop, Sesame Seed, Shrimp, Soybean, Tuna, Walnut, Wheat. Test components milk (Y1960R), egg (YY1963), and peanut (Y1521) will reflex to milk components (alpha lactalbumin YY1728, beta lactoglobulin YY1734, casein YY1741), egg components (ovalbumin YY1902, ovomucoid YY1547), and peanut components (Y1522).

Specimen Preparation

4 mL serum SST. Minimum volume is 3 mL.
Allow SST to clot upright for 30 minutes, then
centrifuge sample within 2 hours of collection.
Refrigerate.

When ordering multiple IgE specific allergens
the recommended specimen volume is:

For 2-24 ALLERGENS: Minimum 2 mL serum (1 SST)
For 25-40 ALLERGENS: Minimum 3-4mL serum (2 SST)

Frozen: 2 weeks
